Yesterday I fulfilled a dream that I’ve had for quite some time now…to learn to scuba dive. Okay, so I’m not qualified or anything, but this was my first taster session and I loved it…PADI course anyone?
This week our friend Rochelle, who we know from camp, came to visit us. She’d been staying in Melbourne for the last couple of months and we thought it was about time we all caught up. We’ve had an awesome few days together so far, chilling out and reminiscing about fun camp times and all … More Photo Of The Week: Friends Reunited
This week we went on a sailing trip around the Whitsundays. It was the most incredible experience, maybe the best thing we’ve done so far in OZ (bold statement, I know!). This is me, loving life, on Whitehaven Beach, one of the most incredible places I’ve ever been!
For the last couple of day’s I’ve been stranded on an island…Fraser Island that is. I went on a guided self-drive tour for three days and two nights and it was absolutely epic! I met some awesome people, and saw some incredible things…who could ask for a better week?
This week we headed to Noosa for a break from cities and beaches…when I say we went to Noosa I really mean we went to stay in the bush, far away from civilisation for three days of camping and canoeing in the Everglades. Bliss.

The Gallery of Modern Art in Brisbane (or GoMA for short) is a pretty cool place, with … More Photo Of The Week: “Polka Dots Are The Way To Infinity”
This week in Byron Bay we became friends with a couple of people from our hostel and yesterday we decided to have a big Aussie BBQ…the sun shone, the food was yum and it was a great way to say goodbye to our new friends as we moved on to our next destination this morning.
Rosa and I spent our last week in Sydney mostly just chilling and catching up with friends. This photos is from our last night in the city when we went out for drinks with our friends Andrew, Scott and Jen to Opera Bar to watch the sunset…a great way to end our stay on a … More Photo Of The Week: Out And About In Sydney
This week has been an awesome one, topped off by a trip to my friend’s farm, where we went quad biking, saw an hour-old calf, and generally had an amazing time. It was great to get out of the city and see something different, that we wouldn’t usually get the chance to experience.
