This weekend I went up to Crewe to visit two of my bestest friends from uni, after not having seen them for over 3 months. With heaps of laughs, pasta bake, chicken pie and banana cake, it was a weekend well spent, and lovely to see the girls!

This really should have been last week’s POTW but I got a bit sidetracked by the whole goodbye element of my photos. So here’s one from Washington DC, where we all stood under the Connecticut sign on the WWII memorial, celebrating our time spent there at Camp Sloane this summer.
Last week, on our last full day in Toronto, I ventured up the CN Tower, one of the world’s tallest towers, with some friends. It offered some incredible views, spanning across the entire city, rivalling those of the Empire State Building!
