Upon reading about Jayne’s quest to visit 40 countries before she hits the age of 30, I was compelled to count up how many countries I have actually visited. And to be honest I was pretty disappointed. I’ve always considered myself to be well travelled, but apparently I’ve only been to 13 different countries (and I’m not even sure Scotland counts!?), unless I’ve just forgotten some, which I think is quite unlikely.
So, just like Jayne, I’m going to make it my mission to visit as many places as I possibly can before I’m 30. I’m not sure I’ll quite make it to 40 countries, but I’ll give it my best shot. And my Round the World trip next year is just the start! Thanks for the inspiration Jayne.
