Photo of the week is back! I’ve been pretty slack about getting my photos up in the last couple of weeks, but expect that to change in the coming months. There will be a new photo every Sunday illustrating the highlight of that week.
And so to now. I’m writing this sitting is the blissful beauty that is the Botanical Gardens, looking out over the city at the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Me and my Penny board went for a bit of a skate today to explore all the parts of the city that I somehow haven’t managed to get to in the 7 weeks since I arrived here (I know…has it been that long already?!). It’s a gorgeous, sunny day, and so far I’ve only made it as far as these gardens because they are just so heavenly that I don’t want to leave just yet. The sky is blue, the grass is green, the flowers are blooming, I have music in my ears and wheels under my feet. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
